Submit an Item

Here at the WW2 US Medical Research Centre, we are constantly trying to complete our database of Medical Item Numbers. If there is an item that you have identified which is not currently in our database, please use this form to submit the item, along with its Medical Department 7-Digit Item Number, to our staff for approval.

Once your item is submitted, it may take up to 48 hours for the item to appear in our database.

Please Note: Including a contact email address is only a suggestion, so that our staff are able to thank you for your submission.

Class: Please select the class of the item which you are submitting.
Item Number: Enter here the 7-digit Medical Department Item Number.
Item Name: Enter here the official name, including correct syntax of the the item.
Contact Email: This field is optional, although it is recommended so that we can contact you to thank you.
